Constellary privacy policy

The short version

• Constellary does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, sign-in, developer analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking services.
• Your gameplay and settings stay on your device. They are not sent to 1337-Software LLC.
• There are no online leaderboards, developer-operated cloud saves, multiplayer, chat, or social features.
• Apple processes optional purchases and restores. Its handling of that information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
• The app's App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”

Local saves and settings

Your current run, Chronicle progress, daily challenge results, selected Sky, settings, and purchase entitlement are stored in the game's save location on your device. The developer does not receive these files.

Deleting the app on iPhone or iPad removes its local app data. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple and device settings. The game does not manage those backups. On desktop systems, removing the application may leave its save folder behind.

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, or location. Optional copy buttons place a run summary on the clipboard only when you press them.

Optional purchases

Constellary is free to play. On iOS, the optional Patronage is a single non-consumable purchase that unlocks cosmetic Skies and the full Epoch soundtrack. It is not a subscription. All gameplay remains available without it.

Apple's StoreKit processes purchases, verifies ownership, and restores purchases using your App Store account. The app remembers the entitlement locally for offline play. 1337-Software LLC does not receive your payment-card details or App Store credentials. Apple provides developers with sales and financial reports through App Store Connect.

Apple's handling of purchases and related information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. StoreKit may communicate with Apple even though gameplay is offline. The game does not send gameplay records to a developer server.

Glimmer is fictional game currency earned and spent within a run. It cannot be purchased for real money, cashed out, or transferred to another player.

Support and platform services

If you contact support, you choose what information to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request. The app does not automatically send support messages, attachments, or diagnostic reports.

Apple and other platform providers may handle store transactions, backups, or diagnostics under their own settings and privacy policies. Constellary contains no developer-operated analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDK.

Children

The game's no-collection practices apply to all players, including children. It has no user-generated content, chat, social features, or advertising. App Store age ratings describe the game's content; optional purchases use Apple's controls.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date if the app's privacy practices change. The App Store privacy information will also be kept consistent with the features in the published version.
