KeyPeek privacy policy
KeyPeek — the menu-bar keyboard-shortcut cheat sheet for macOS — is published by 1337-Software LLC. The policy is short because the app collects nothing.
The short version
- KeyPeek collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.
- It makes no network requests. Nothing you do in KeyPeek leaves your Mac.
- Its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”
What KeyPeek stores
KeyPeek displays shortcut cheat sheets bundled inside the app itself. It reads no data outside its own bundle — not your keystrokes, not your files, not your other apps. The only thing it remembers is which cheat-sheet tab you last had open, stored in the app’s own sandboxed preferences on your Mac. Deleting the app deletes it.
KeyPeek runs in the macOS App Sandbox with no special entitlements: no network access, no file access, no input monitoring.
Children
KeyPeek is a reference card. It collects no data from anyone, including children under 13, and contains no user-generated content, chat, or advertising.
